Role
Town & Country Resources Limited is planning advisor to the client, project architect and design team. This entails :
- providing strategic planning guidance on the planning compliance aspects of the development as permitted by Limerick City & County Council in 2019.
- successful management of consultations with the Planning Authority in relation to amendments to the development as permitted.
- co-ordination and preparation of compliance submissions, lodgement of same with Limerick City & County Council.
- ongoing strategic advices to the client on project amendments, and co-ordination of consultations with the Planning Authority.
Planning Outcome
Compliance approvals were achieved in 2023.
