• providing strategic planning guidance on all land use planning and development aspects associated with the management and running of the estate having particular regard to the Protected Structure status of the estate, the proximity of the site to the River Maigue and the archaeological significance of the property.   environmental and ecological considerations requires ongoing and careful analysis of all land use and development proposals.
